Sadia Afrin Shorna, Lecturer, Department of English, UAP presented a Paper entitled "Providing Effective Feedback to ESL Learners” in the 21st International Conference of Nepal English Language Teachers' Association(NELTA) which was held from 7 March to 9 March, 2016 in Kathmandu, Nepal. In this event she talked about how feedback can be effective tool for students to correcting their mistakes and also highlighted the strategy for providing feedback.The keynote speaker of the program was Ruth Ben from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL and Peter Medgyes Professor Emeritus of Applied Linguistics and Language Pedagogy from Eötvös Loránd University Budapest.
